A bewildering site-- I gave up.

A bewildering site. I tried to purchase some socks. When checking out, I found myself applying for a credit account, which I did not want. When I tried to contact them, for an explanation of how to complete my purchase, there was a charge per minute for calling them on the phone. I decided to go ahead, but to talk with them, they require an account number, which I didn't have, because I didn't want to apply for a credit account. Is this a normal store, or something else? I buy online nearly every day, but I couldn't figure out what was going on. If this is, in fact, a normal store where you can buy things online without applying for a credit account, then their website is very poor in design. If it's something else, then they should explain at the outset. I remain bewildered, and did not complete my purchase. A waste of time.

High quality goods

High quality goods, fantastic service. Probably the only place I get my clothes from now which fit me with no problems if sending wrong items back

Had issues with this company,which were never settled but ordered again ,as their larger sizes suit me to a tee . Keep up the good work .

Coming or not coming? 3080 GPU

Your Account Number: P6304818bought a 3080 GPU which was fine, but got a email saying it was cancelled.Couple of things:the name on the email is not minein called customer services and it sounded like they were having a party.the advisor was not interested in my queryi asked about the wrong name, he had nothing to sayi asked if the item is cancelled, he said it isnt but email i got is my account but with the wrong name.i dont know if i'm getting a refund or if the card is coming.this is really bad from a big company like this

I signed up to jacamo and got £125…

I signed up to jacamo and got £125 credit so I treated my son to a few bits then I got a confirmation email saying the order was received then I logged in later and it said I had zero credit and items were cancelled so upset me and one unhappy boy

Easy and stress free…

Very easy website to navigate while searching, great comms keeping you upto date on your delivery. Also returns are verybeasy and stress free as they come to you for pick, all in all a very quick and stress free experience.

Disgusting

Never ever again will I use this company please avoid it it like the plague ? ordered a TV for my daughter on the 27/11/20 was supposed to be delivered on the 4/12/20 fri (day off )by Arrow got a text saying can’t deliver item as when got to the Warehouse to pick up item for me it was incorrect.So had to reschedule my delivery day to the following Mon 7/12/20 which was now back at work so had to arrange someone being at home. Then rang up Arrow to see if they would kindly take the TV upstairs as it was a 43 inch and there was no way my daughter could lift that they then informed me Jacamo had cancelled my Television and sent it back?? now have to reorder it again and it is a Xmas present that I said my daughter could have early as she has no TV so got to wait again that’s if it comes disgusting service not even let me know all this ????
